There are several layouts now--the old Teal and Brown theme, the new Pirates theme (gold, grey, and black), the new RN theme (blue, gold, grey and black), as well as a theme for Jack. Whichever layout more people prefer will be made the default layout--and also the group icons will be made to match that theme (if any one of the new layouts wins out, the group icons will match all three of those layouts). Discussion on this is open...for whatever comments you may have for me. Beyond saying that I'm a sick, sick person. 'Yes, we know that one, anything else?' to quote Barbossa. |

Ew. Just ew. *pokes Mercer with a stick* I think we should go for the pirates one. It's going to appeal to the most people. A while ago, I might have said the RN one, because it's more original and probably suited the board better, but now that everything is getting nice and corrupted, most RP action is probably piratical in nature, so the pirate theme matches that way as well. Really, whatever theme wins, the icons can be gold and match them all. Except the Mercer one, but whoever chooses that deserves non-matching icons. I'd almost forgotten how much I love white text on a dark background. *love* |

Nooo! Teal and brown forevar! *clings* If we want a default one, I think it'd be best because it's really a neutral set up. It could be associated with just about any party on the board. And it's a nice light-ish theme. A lot of Pirate boards are dark already. I haven't seen any with a color scheme like the teal and brown one. And it's pretty! Not that I don't also love the other ones, but I still like this one best. *nodnod* |

Ha! I voted for Teal & Brown, just because it's the current default and voting for the in-house candidate in this instance works for me. Which of course means I didn't vote for the Royal Navy! *shockgasp* Shun the non-believer! Shuuuuuuuuuuuun! I should go back to bed. |
