Welcome aboard, me maties!

AG is a Pirates of the Caribbean RPG taking place after Curse of the Black Pearl, and incorporating many of the plots of Dead Man's Chest and At World's End, but is not beholden to follow them exactly, or at all. We welcome both Canon characters and Original Characters, and hope you'll consider joining us for some adventure on the high seas.

Norrington, James Norrington

Norrington had spent the next few days mulling over his conversation with Keegan, and mentally trying to form a more detailed and balanced plan than the one he had presented Keegan with. He'd stop Keegan later, sometime when both would not be missed to fill him in on the plan. And, he supposed, see if the boy had any input. He may well be a boy, especially when in comparison to himself, but he was a resourceful lad, and one who'd spend more time interacting with these pirates and able to point out any flaws that might crop up. But none of that could happen since there were still far too many variables and unknowns in the whole equation for his tastes. Time to solve for x.

And with pirates x marks the spot. Norrington shook his head. This was just getting ridiculous. Anytime he seemed to be making any sort of headway on the problems with the plan, he was distracted by something ridiculous. Whether it was unintentional mind wanderings, or a minor dispute caused by Mr Cotton's parrot relieving himself on someone's head (he had snickered when one victim had yelled out the parrot had used the wrong head), he wasn't making it far.

He stood up from the deck he'd been washing down, and stretched, his back popping rather audibly. Damn. It was like he was an old man. All this damnable intrigue and politicking felt like it was prematurely aging him. He kicked at the sudsy bucket, sending it out of his way.

He'd had enough. Enough of following orders, cleaning, playing at being a pirate, and not getting anywhere. Time to end it. Time to get a few questions answered. Unfortunately the only one who seemed likely to tell him what he needed was Sparrow, since Gibbs had shut up tighter than a clam around him, especially after the whole 'joining the crew and questions about the pirate lords' bit.

Norrington hoped that Sparrow hadn't left the Pearl, he hadn't seen him leave her, but he was not always on deck, or in a position to view who was coming aboard and then leaving the Pearl. His first guess would be Jack's cabin. Which was good because...he very much doubted that Jack would be responsive to his entreaties were they to be aired in public.

Knock. Knock. Knock, Norrington was just shy of pounding on the door to Jack's cabin. But he had to be loud. Just in case the man was in a drunken stupor.
